Leadership Development Registration

We are seeking candidates for The Leadership Development Program (LDP), which will begin in April. This program offers 12 weeks of FREE board training designed to identify, develop and enhance leadership skills. The program also enhances the skills and responsibilities required for volunteers to become effective non-profit board members.

Topics of discussion will include:
• Leadership and Team Building
• Board Membership Responsibilities
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Conflict Resolution
• Legal & Financial Responsibilities of Board Members/Starting your own Nonprofit.
• Program Evaluation & Strategic Planning
• Responsibilities of Volunteerism
• Grant Development & Research
• Fundraising for Nonprofits
