Application for Assistance with Gifts and/or Food Guidelines

Who Can Apply?

Parents/Guardians of children birth to 12 years old who are in need

Seniors age 65+ who are in need

Must live in Cumberland, Robeson, Hoke, Scotland or Moore counties

Only 1 Application per household

 

Where?

The Salvation Army Corps/Community Center

 220 E. Russell Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301

When? 

October 8-12 or October 22-26

from 12noon-7pm on Mondays and 9am-4pm Tuesday-Friday

What to bring?

•Identification for EVERYONE in household (acceptable identification: birth certificate, driver’s license, non-driver ID card, military ID, employee ID, school ID or any official ID)

Most current pay check stubs or print out from DSS

Most current expenses (bills must be shown including rent receipt or lease, utility receipts, phone bills, loans, credit cards, etc.)
