You’ve filled out the pledge form, checked the box that states you are between the ages of 22 and 40 and are eligible to become a part of the Young Leaders Society.
The mission of the United Way Young Leaders Society (YLS) is to promote and encourage the spirit of philanthropy and volunteerism among the young professionals of Fayetteville and Cumberland County. Members of YLS are committed, compassionate and generous individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact throughout our community around our impact areas of income, education and health.
The Young Leaders Society is an initiative within United Way of Cumberland County that seeks to engage and develop young professionals. This initiative enables professionals under 40 to stay connected to and make positive contributions to their community.
Through their leadership giving, and by actively participating in volunteer, personal and professional growth opportunities, Young Leaders are helping United Way make a lasting, positive impact in people’s lives throughout the Cumberland County.
This group of young professionals is willing to invest in their communities.
